My interest in supervision training started when introducing the idea and being involved with setting professional standards for supervision training as EMCC Global President. The training offered by Bluesky International first in the UK and subsequently global was recognised as meeting these standards. The diversity of professionals attending the training results in a rich sharing of learning, knowledge and capability as we work together through the programme modules. We also benefit from speakers who deliver a range of modules in their areas of expertise.
How will you benefit from attending this programme?
- You join other experienced professionals wishing to expand their practice into offering supervision or who wish to have existing practice as internal or external supervisors validated by completing an EMCC Global ESQA accredited programme. You can also complete the EMCC Global criteria for individual practice for the award of the ESIA.
- You have plenty of practice and qualified supervisors are available to offer you feedback on what’s going well and also on areas for development.
- We also love to enjoy our learning as we know that having fun encourages and motivates us to be enthusiastic and optimistic about what we can achieve.
What is the programme design and how you are supported?
There are 22 modules of 3 hours that are delivered virtually every two weeks at the same time on the same day of the week. We find that this is sympathetic to time zone differences and helps diary planning. The programme can be completed within a year.
You will have a programme handbook and toolkit, be offered one-to-one and group supervision with qualified supervisors, access to a supervision information portal, support throughout the programme for gaining the ESQA programme certificate and ESIA accreditation for personal practice.
On completion of the programme you’re invited to join the Bluesky International growing community of alumni supervisors.
What are the entry criteria?
You are an experienced coach, mentor or supervisor with at least 5 years of practice and be accredited | credentialled at Senior Practitioner or PCC level or have equivalent experience.
What is the programme investment?
Instalments can be arranged by prior agreement:
Equivalent of £4,500 (+ VAT for UK only). This investment covers everything including the EMCC Global administration | review fee for ESIA applications.
