Bluesky International

Testimonials

At the close of 2025 we completed our 11th edition of the Diploma for Coach | Mentor Supervision. The end of each programme is such a bitter sweet moment. Sadly, we came to the end of this 22 module programme and say goodbye for a short while to all our wonderfully engaged delegates. We invite staying in touch by joining the Bluesky International alumni – a growing community of practice meeting every two months to share learning, thoughts and knowledge including latest developments in Supervision practice. At the same time we joyfully celebrate each of our delegates’ programme journeys when everyone delivers their own unique model of Supervision practice. This is such a special space when all the hard work and engagement for almost a year transforms into offerings about how each practitioner plans to support coaches, mentors and supervisors develop their practice to the next level, explore ethical scenarios and take a health check on how well each role models well-being as the important healthy option for best practice.

Enough of what we think - can we invite you to hear directly from some of our delegates who successfully completed this last programme.

Diploma for Coach | Mentor Supervision

New training programme starts March 2026

My Interest in Supervision training started when introducing the idea and being involved with setting professional standards for supervision training as EMCC Global President. The training offered by Bluesky International first in the UK and subsequently global was recognised as meeting these standards. The diversity of professionals attending the training results in a rich sharing learning, knowledge and capability as we work together through the programme modules. We also benefit from speakers who deliver a range of modules in their areas of expertise.

APAC2025 Coaching Conference

24-25 September Sarawak, Malaysia

Excited to be invited by the Asia Pacific Alliance to Coaches to deliver a keynote session at the above conference. I’ve supported APAC for several years in their endeavours to promote professional practice.
Bringing our ‘humanness’ and way of being to coaching, mentoring and supervision is always important and never more so with the growing introduction and enthusiasm for using Artificial Intelligence as a ‘development buddy’.
In this session I’ll bring the wisdom of bringing the benefits of taking a relational approach to client work – hope to see you at this in-person opportunity.

Team Coaching Supervision training

Delighted to be co-delivering this training alongside colleagues Craig Mackenzie, David Clutterbuck and Tony Dickel.

This latest programme is based on a successful pilot helping us to re-design the programme and gain the EMCC Accreditation ESQA with integrated ESIA – at Senior Practitioner level.
We’re part way through the programme which is receiving positive results and rewarding feedback.

Watch this space for information about the next cohort and in the meantime visit www.giftcs.com The Global Institute for Team Coaching Supervision created by the delivery team from Bluesky International, Clutterbuck Coaching and Mentoring International and Transcend International where you’ll find more information about the programme.

Here’s a taster of what to expect – The Framework for Team Coaching Supervision created as an outcome of the pilot programme.

I also created a ‘Use of Self’ framework to support professional practice in Team Coaching Supervision.
